• Prize pack will be mailed via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery to a UK mainland mailing address only. Winners will need to arrange transport to and from the concert.
• If the artist cancels their event or postpones their concert we will endeavour to find another pair of tickets for the winner.
  
• Filling in this form does not guarantee entry to the music survey.
  
• Completion of the Music Survey will validate your entry.
• None completion will invalidate your entry.
• Only one entry per person.
• If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of being contacted by UTV, then the prize will be withdrawn and used again in another draw.
• This draw will take place at the end of May 2013.
