Wayne Cleavely, 41-years-old and from Kidderminster, is believed to have breached the conditions of his licence following his release from HMP Hewell prison on 24 July. He has failed to attend pre-arranged appointments with his probation worker, and failed to reside at his approved accommodation.
Wayne is known to have links to Hereford and Worcester areas, and officers are appealing for anyone with information to contact them on 101.
