Further charge in Dudley murder investigation

A further teenager has been charged over the murder of Jaskaran Kang in Dudley earlier this year.

The 17 year-old from Dudley, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested at an address in Dudley, yesterday morning (8th March).

The teenager has been remanded in custody to appear before Dudley Magistrates Court today (Friday 9 March).

Mr Kang, aged 24 from Handsworth, was found fatally stabbed at a flat in Stourbridge Road, Dudley, on 6 January.

Four other men, aged 17 to 20, have already been charged with murder and another - aged 21 with conspiracy to commit robbery.

Police are continuing to appeal for information and are urging anyone to call 101; giving log number 243 of 6 January. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be called anonymously on 0800 555 111.
