Race Against Blood Cancer's 'Be the One' Fundraising Dinner
Friday, September 6th
Stem cell and bone marrow transplants are now regularly used as a curative treatment for patients with blood cancer, such as lymphoma, myeloma and leukaemia. Race Against Blood Cancer works to increase the number of people from minority groups – whether defined by race, ethnicity or gender – which are vastly underrepresented on the donor registry as stem cell or bone marrow donors.
The formula is simple: Donors save lives.
Join us at Molineux Stadium, Wolverhampton, on Friday 6th September 2019 from 7.30pm for Race Against Blood Cancer’s ‘Be The One’ Fundraising Dinner.
The event kicks off with the presentation of our annual supporter awards by Eleanor Smith MP for Wolverhampton South West, followed by a delicious three course meal.
Our host, the fabulous BBC and Sky Sports presenter, Lynsey Hooper, will keep the evening flowing as well as introducing charity supporter and Wolves hero - Carl Ikeme - to talk about his involvement with Race Against Blood Cancer and its work.
All this, plus an incredible auction and fabulous entertainment for just £40 per person – what’s not to love?!
